The Herb Crusted Lamb Rack is a must-try for sure, featuring a herb-crusted French-trimmed lamb rack, mustard sauce, mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables. The lamb rack is trimmed 1 day in advance and marinated in a spice mix for 2 hours to infuse it with flavour.
